What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, optional avatar.
• CV content: anything you type or upload (resume PDFs, LinkedIn text, job descriptions). Stored so you can access your library across devices.
• Usage telemetry: basic logs needed to operate the service (errors, request counts).

How we use it

Your CV content is sent to AI providers (currently Google Gemini, via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate, rewrite, and score resumes. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train any model, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure (Supabase) with row-level security so only you can read your CVs. Passwords are hashed; we never see them.

Support chat

If you use the in-app support chat, we store the messages you send and the replies you receive so we can fix confusing answers and improve the product. Those messages are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate the reply. Don't paste anything in the chat you wouldn't want stored — for anything sensitive, email us instead.

Your rights

You can export or delete every CV from your library. You can delete your entire account (and all associated data) from the account page. Under GDPR / UK GDPR, you also have the right to request a copy of your data — email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie / localStorage entry to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
